The terms and conditions contained in this document shall apply to the relationship between the guest (customer) and the establishment HoliHome Rambla 24 from the moment the reservation is requested until the date the accommodation period at the establishment ends.
All requests to book an apartment must include the full name of the lead guest, the number of people who will occupy the room, an email address, and a contact telephone number to guarantee arrival.
In the absence of information from the guest, their reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival at 11:59 pm; after this time, it will no longer be guaranteed, and the apartment may be reallocated.
HoliHome Rambla 24 reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the advance deposit is not honoured, as long as the cancellation policy indicates this. In this case, we will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your reservation.
We believe that children are our future, but you must be 18 years old to book an apartment. HoliHome Rambla 24 will not accommodate unaccompanied minors under 18 without prior consent from their legal guardians. Unaccompanied minors must present a written authorisation from their legal guardians, along with a photocopy of the guardians' identification or passport.
A valid identification document (identity card or passport) is required from all guests registered on the reservation upon arrival.
Our room rates are always great and are subject to change.
Group trips are fun! When booking, please keep in mind the maximum occupancy rules.
Have a baby? Cots are available upon request, subject to availability.
Access to the apartment or common areas is not permitted for individuals not included in the reservation. If you have visitors, please inform your contact person!
The commercial and reception opening hours are from 10 am to 8 pm. Outside of these hours, communication with the HoliHome team is not guaranteed.
Arrivals after 8 pm must be notified in advance and will be managed autonomously under the same conditions of advance payment for the reservation and security deposit.
You may check in at any time from 3 pm to 8 pm local time. If you need to leave your luggage, you can do so anytime after 12 pm on the day of your arrival. In that case, please contact us to arrange this.
Any matters related to check-out will be handled at the same time.
The total rental balance for the apartment must be paid upon arrival, at the time of check-in. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment has been received and the prior authorisation of the €200 security deposit for the apartment has been approved.
During the check-in process, our receptionist will provide you with all the information you may need during your stay, such as the location of nearby shops, good places to eat, sights you might like to see, nightlife spots, and more. Remember that you can ask our receptionist for anything that may help make your stay even more enjoyable during the established reception hours.
You may check out at any time until 11:00 am local time. You can request extended check-out times; please ask us about availability and pricing!
If you wish to leave your luggage in the building, you can do so with prior notice until 8:00 pm on your departure day.
At the time of departure, please dispose of your rubbish and close the apartment door. Leaving rubbish inside the apartment will incur a penalty of €30, which will be deducted from your apartment's security deposit.
Please note that a more detailed inspection of the apartment is generally carried out after check-out, and we reserve the right to charge for any damages found before the apartment is reoccupied.
The security deposit should be released by the issuing bank of your credit card automatically within 3 business days, but this can sometimes extend to a period of 15-21 days.
Bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and must remain on the property. In the event of loss or theft, the equivalent value will be charged from your apartment's security deposit.
Please read our cancellation policies carefully, as it is NOT common for us to make any exceptions. Our receptionists are instructed to adhere to this policy and its rules. Therefore, to avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following:
For Non-Refundable rates, the total price will be charged at the time of booking, and this amount will not be refundable.
For Semi-Flexible rates, a percentage agreed upon at the time of booking will be charged as a deposit. In the event of cancellation, this deposit will not be refundable. The remaining amount will be charged 3 or 7 days before your arrival, depending on the cancellation policy chosen by the guest, and this amount will also be non-refundable once charged.
If the guest cancels within the valid timeframe outlined in their cancellation policy, the corresponding amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If the guest checks in and decides to leave early, the nights not stayed will not be refundable. If the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged, and this will not be refundable.
All cancellations by HoliHome will be confirmed via email immediately after the reservation cancellation is processed.
No pets are allowed.
Along with your reservation, a mandatory cleaning fee for the apartment will be charged. This fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after your departure or check-out. Bed linen and a set of towels (body and hand) per person included in the reservation are covered by this fee.
Daily cleaning of the apartments and changing of towels and bed linen during your stay are not provided. If you require additional cleaning or linen changes, please inquire about availability and pricing!
Smoking is not permitted in the building. This applies to both traditional methods and all electronic systems, including vapes, vapourisers, hookahs, e-cigarettes, electronic pipes, and any variation thereof, regardless of the product name. Smoking in the rooms or the presence of strong and persistent odours will incur an additional cleaning fee of €100, which will be charged to your security deposit.
The only areas where smoking is allowed are on the private balconies and terraces of the apartments and in the communal terrace of the building.
During your stay, the apartment and all equipment and furniture must be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to HoliHome staff is expected regarding any damage to the apartment.
You are financially responsible for any damage to the apartment. This includes losses caused by you (the tenant) or by the behaviour and negligent actions of a third party. An inspection will be carried out at the time of check-out. However, a more detailed inspection of the apartment's condition and all equipment and facilities will be conducted shortly after check-out and before another guest occupies the apartment. The tenant is responsible for damages that exceed normal wear and tear. In this case, a detailed damage report will be emailed immediately, along with an invoice for the cost of repair or replacement. Any costs will be deducted from the deposit if this is still possible.
HoliHome may take necessary measures to address any issues and ensure that all equipment and facilities are functioning and provided as expected.
The damage deposit is fully refundable at the time of check-out and is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The deposit must be paid upon arrival, either in cash or by credit card, and will be refunded in full at check-out if the apartment is in good condition and there are no claims from the company. Costs for damages or cleaning beyond what would be expected after responsible use of the apartment will be deducted from the deposit.
In the event of theft or property damage, or in the case of fire, water damage, or other damage to the hotel room, the guest must immediately inform the HoliHome staff and do everything possible to assist in resolving the theft or repairing the damage.
We hope this is not the case! However, if you encounter any issues within the apartment, please inform reception, and we will be happy to resolve it as quickly as possible. In order to carry out cleaning, repairs, and similar tasks, HoliHome will request written consent to access the apartment.
HoliHome has the right to choose between repairing the issue and, if that is not possible, relocating the guest to a room of at least the same category booked.
For the purposes mentioned above, only serious defects that could jeopardise the level of service and quality will be considered. HoliHome is not obligated to take action in cases of irrelevant or unreasonable complaints, or those related to details that do not conflict with the minimum level of service contracted.
In the event that HoliHome does not have the necessary means to repair the relevant defect or relocate the guest to another apartment of similar or superior category, the guest may only terminate the contract and receive the amount paid for the room, without being able to demand anything else from HoliHome for any reason.
The Client is informed that their personal data will be stored and processed by HoliHome and made available to HoliHome's partner companies and selected service providers, in accordance with the law, for the purposes of executing the contract, providing services to the Client, and for their own advertising campaigns. The Client grants HoliHome the right to use partner companies and selected service providers to carry out data processing and the right to transmit such personal data under this section to companies that allow them to store and process it.
The Client has the right to object at any time to the use of personal data for advertising purposes, provided they demonstrate their intention in writing to HoliHome.
Unless otherwise legislated, the Client's personal data will be discarded once the accommodation contract has ended and the legal retention periods have expired.
As far as liability is concerned, HoliHome:
HoliHome has the right to terminate the accommodation contract in the event that the Client fails to pay the full amount due punctually at the time it is due or does not provide the required guarantee.
HoliHome shall have the right to terminate the accommodation contract immediately for just cause if the guest fails to comply with the house rules, engages in any behaviour that affects the harmonious coexistence, peace, or hygiene of the building, particularly if the guest is under the influence of drugs or alcohol during their stay, uses the room for prostitution-related activities, acts offensively towards HoliHome staff or other hotel guests, disturbs the peace of other guests, or has previously made malicious false reservations and/or damaged or destroyed the apartment or its facilities.
Finding on-street parking in the centre of Alicante can be quite challenging, as there are very few parking spaces available and most are blue or orange zone.
At HoliHome, we recommend the Plaza de San Cristóbal car park located at Calle Zaragoza, 4. It is the most competitively priced in central Alicante and is just a 1-minute walk from the building. This car park also offers various multi-day passes.

Our apartments are well-equipped, featuring a hairdryer, iron, kettle, toaster, blender, oven, and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking.
All our televisions are Smart TVs, and you can enjoy a good internet connection both inside the apartment and in communal areas such as the terrace and pool.
On the ground floor, we have a laundry room with washing machines and dryers; this service is completely free, and we provide detergent for those who need it.
The hostel also has a small common room where you will find a place to relax, connect to the internet via cable, and enjoy tea or coffee.
The apartments are equipped with sheets and towels included in the rate.
If you arrive early or depart late, we offer the option to leave your luggage in a luggage room equipped with lockers. This service is free of charge. Please ask at reception if you are interested.
