House Rules

General Requirements

  • Complying with the holiday rental rules is a requirement of the contract. Failing to respect the following points may result in penalties such as the loss or reduction of the deposit and/or termination of the contract.
  • All guests (and any other individuals visiting the property) must adhere to the rules of this holiday rental and any other instructions provided by HoliHome during their stay.
  • Guests must notify HoliHome of any disputes and/or complaints from neighbours immediately.

 

Noise and Neighbourhood

  • Guests will be fully responsible for the safety of any accompanying children throughout their stay, as well as for any disturbances caused to other guests in the building.
  • Guests and their authorised visitors must keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other residents in the area, especially during hours when they may be sleeping (for example, from eleven at night to eight in the morning), and when arriving at or leaving the property.
  • Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in the termination of the guests' stay, eviction, forfeiture of the total amount paid for the stay, and a reduction of the deposit. Guests and their visitors are completely prohibited from behaving disrespectfully and must minimise their impact on these individuals and the neighbourhood in general.

Visitors

  • Guests are allowed to receive visitors during their stay. Every visitor must adhere to the rules outlined in this document.
  • If a visitor wishes to stay overnight at the property (provided the maximum capacity of the apartment is not exceeded), this must be communicated and approved during the booking process, and will be subject to any extra fees specified in the final price.

Use of Property

  • Any party or large gathering is completely prohibited.
  • Any small gathering must adhere to the previously stated rules regarding noise, neighbourhood, and visitors.

Rubbish

  • Guests must dispose of their rubbish in the bins located on the street during permitted hours. They must not leave any type of waste in common areas or public spaces.
  • Leaving waste inside the apartment at check-out will incur a penalty of €30, which will be deducted from their security deposit for the apartment.

Security

  • Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed to maintain safety and prevent damage caused by rain.
  • Guests must turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronic devices when they are not needed to conserve energy. They are not permitted to leave the air conditioning on when they are not in the house.

Terrace and Pool

  • The opening hours for the terrace and pool are from 9 am to 11 pm. Access outside of these hours may incur a financial penalty.
  • It is strictly prohibited to enter the lift or common areas of the building while wet, except for the communal terrace.
  • For safety reasons, the use of glass objects is not allowed throughout the terrace, and eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted inside or at the edges of the pool. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a reduction of the deposit.
  • Guests are required to shower before entering the pool and to use bath towels on the sun loungers.
  • Guests are responsible for supervising children when using the terrace and pool.
  • Smoking is allowed on the terrace; cigarette butts must be disposed of in the designated ashtrays, not on the ground. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a reduction of the deposit.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental.

Damage and Defects

  • Any damage or defect must be reported to HoliHome as soon as possible.
  • To prevent damage and defects, moving furniture from one apartment to another is prohibited.
  • The towels provided in the apartments must not be taken off the property (for example, to go to the beach).

Compliance

Failure to comply with any of these rules constitutes a breach of the conditions applicable to the holiday rental contract. HoliHome has the right to terminate the guest's stay if they do not adhere to the house rules or cause disturbances to neighbours and other residents of the community.
